Many of us have heard about blogs and are perhaps aware of some of our colleagues who are using them with their students or for personal use.
The aim of our upcoming Masterclass is to explore some of the possibilities for us as educators. Barbara Ganley and James Farmer, our guest presenters, will explore many issues with us on June 8th.
The aim of this blog is for us to begin experimenting and try out one of our own. We also may like to post questions – for James and Barbara or perhaps for some of the many experienced bloggers that are amongst us in SA.

Another forthcomming opportunity to learn about web 2.0 will occur on June 15 & 16. The Australian Flexible Learning Framework is providing an online learning event enabling educators to explore a ‘connected learning’ model and examples of social networking tools, such as blogs, wikis, and virtual learning landscapes that can be used in easy and practical ways with students.
